Can I send my photos by post?

If you are unable to upload your photo by means of a digital camera or mobile phone device, we can accept your photographs by post. Please ensure you send your photos via recorded delivery to guarantee receipt to the following address;

Please note we are only able to return your photos to you if you send a postage paid envelope with your photograph. We are unable to guarantee the quality of a scanned photo, the final quality will depend on the quality of the original print you send to us.

If you don't have access to a digital photo to upload on to our site

We provide a selection of standard greeting images available for use on our gift range. These can be found within the photo upload section of the website.

Are our products suitable for nut, dairy, wheat allergies and vegetarians?

For full allergy warnings for each confectionery item please refer to our confectionery descriptions, which can be found on the Product page of our website.

Delivery

We aim to deliver all Photo Delicious gifts in the UK within 14 working days of your order.  The postage costs quoted on our site include both packaging and postage of your gift within the UK. Please note that these timings are based on average times, and during peak times the delivery time may vary.  We will however keep you informed via e mail at each stage of your order, ie when your order has been received, processed and dispatched. 

Can I send my gift overseas?

If you would like us to send your chosen gift/s overseas, please contact us for further details and postage costs.

Returns Policy

Photo Delicious offer a 28 Day Money Back Guarantee.

If any item is not as ordered, please send us an email to info@photodelicious.co.uk stating the reason for your return within 28 days.

We will either issue with a full refund or you can chose to exchange the item for another.

When refunding postage costs, please note that the postage costs on the original order will not be refunded.

Items must be returned in their original condition otherwise no refund can be given (unless damaged/faulty). Please send any returned items using recorded delivery for your own proof of delivery.  Please note this postage cost will not be refunded unless item is damaged/faulty.

Taste and Decency Policy

Photo Delicious will not accept any images/messages of an indecent nature.  Any such photos will be deleted on receipt.

Copyright Notice

Due to copyright laws Photo Delicious cannot reproduce any photographs taken by a professional photographer i.e school photos or other copyrighted pictures without permission of the copy-write owner.

Damaged/Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that your Photo Delicious gift is damaged or faulty on receipt please contact us within 28 days of receiving the gift and arrange to post them back to us.  Any problems reported after 28 days will not be refunded.
